CAREER CONNECTED CONTENT AND FACILITATION
PowerTools designs customized career readiness programming aligned with the 8 core competencies of the National Association of Colleges and Employers, and the framework the Social Emotional (Academic) Learning of the Collaborative of Academic and Social Emotional Learning, culminating in a comprehensive, culturally responsive experience. We work in a train-the-trainer model when “credible messengers” are preferred, and also facilitate the program ourselves.
CONTENT DEVELOPMENT AND REFINEMENT
PowerTools collaborates with youth-serving organizations to develop and refine programs and curriculum for educational programs. We also offer training sessions to equip your practitioners with the facilitation skills and content awareness necessary for high level implementation.

FACILITATION OF RETREATS AND WORKSHOPS
PowerTools stimulates reflection and planning through facilitation of staff-wide, leadership, and team-based retreats and workshops. Our expert facilitators model best practices while creating a safe environment for honest dialogue and deep reflection. Workshop topics include: Embracing change, culture and climate, effective teaming, and youth development.
