Aneth Naranjo, Equity Program Specialist

Aneth Naranjo (she/her) is an Ecuadorian youth justice organizer, former Youth Justice Program Manager at NYU Metro Center, and currently and an Equity Program Specialist at PowerTools. A founding member of IntegrateNYC, she advocates for student rights and addresses educational segregation. Aneth has designed organizational structures, led projects, and facilitated youth leadership development. She also co-founded The Peer Defense Project to provide legal tools for youth activists. Aneth prioritizes leading through healing, utilizing transformative justice and decolonized frameworks in her advocacy work.
